What we collect

How we use it

Residency documents

The document you upload to prove residency is stored in encrypted cloud storage accessible only to authorized program staff. We use it only to verify you're a local resident. Once you've been verified and your active reservations are complete, we delete it from our system on a regular schedule (typically within 90 days of your last reservation).

Sharing

Your rights

To exercise any of these rights, call (971) 754-4392 or email [email protected].

Text messaging (SMS)

When you opt in to text messages from Gorge Rides — for example, by checking the consent box on our reservation form — we use your phone number to send reservation confirmations, pickup and return reminders, account and program notifications, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the service providers who deliver messages on our behalf.
